Alicia Anskis is passionate about helping her clients achieve optimal health and a balanced lifestyle through a whole foods diet approach. She believes that each person has unique and individual nutrition needs, and aims to help her clients discover the most nourishing and tasteful foods that fit within their lifestyle and health needs.
Alicia received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in nutrition from Drexel University. She completed her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and has worked there as a Clinical Dietitian after completion of her internship. Prior to her dietetics training, Alicia has worked on a number of research studies focusing on eating disorders/disordered eating, obesity, and celiac disease. She also specializes in sports nutrition, women’s health, and medical nutrition therapy.
In her free time, Alicia is an avid runner, and enjoys cooking, spinning, yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
